How long until my order is sent?
All current orders have a 1-2 week turnover time before items are shipped. This is due to many being made to order according to size.
Shipping within Australia is via Express Post unless stated otherwise. Express Post can take anywhere from 1-3 business days to arrive.
All INTERNATIONAL orders DO NOT include tracking. If you require tracking, please contact me and I will quote you how much it will cost when being sent via Auspost. International shipping usually takes anywhere from 1-4 weeks.
I'm concerned that I still have not received my order?
If you are concerned about the whereabouts of your package, please wait until the 1-2 week turnover time has passed, plus the estimated shipping time before emailing us inquiring about your package, as it could still simply be making it's way to you :)
How do I care for my Airlie Co items?
Most care instructions can be found in the item descriptions. Rule of thumb is that all products are 'Spot Clean Only' unless stated otherwise. If you are unsure, please contact us prior to washing!
Do you exchange or accept returns?
Sorry, at this time we cannot accept exchanges or returns. Please be very careful when selecting sizes (refer to our size chart) colours and styles. Everything is made to order, and as fabric is limited, we are unable to exchange due to change of mind.
